Producing complex corporate events is my passion. Working closely with a client to determine the goals and objectives of an event, developing and implementing the program budget, researching and procuring venues and service providers, managing contracts, creating attendee communications, registering attendees, coordinating food and beverage requirements, arranging air and ground transportation, staffing and executing the event, reconciling the final bills...all of it!! Nothing gets me excited to get up in the morning like having to piece together the puzzle of a complex event!
What kinds of events are considered complex? Sales Meetings, Corporate Hospitality, Incentive Travel Programs, Executive Conferences, Trade Shows, Road Shows, Product Launches, Corporate Celebrations, Customer Events, Training Seminars, and Marketing Events.
What sets me apart as a Corporate Event Planner? I believe it is extremely important that each event attendee has a great experience with the client's brand. I instill within each event many high-touch service tactics while maintaining the corporate branding standards. In addition, I do all I can to maximize the meeting budget. Stints on the Supplier side of the event planning fence during my career have allowed me to become a skilled contract negotiator. By knowing the profit and loss margins, I have been able to negotiate valuable concessions for clients, as well as, mitigate potential financial exposure through the strategic use of proprietary contract clauses.
