National Fuel Gas Company as a GIS Technician
I'm responsible for providing support to the Engineering staff, and am part of the team that is responsible for insuring the safety and integrity of NFG's natural gas pipeline system.

-QA/QC data that has been loaded before final load into ESRI Enterprise GIS.
-Create and update maps, sketches, and diagrams of pipelines and utility facilities.

-Researched and cataloged natural gas pipeline information in accordance to FERC compliance standards (data used included but not limited to: CADD Drawings, As Builts, Field Notes, and GIS Maps), to be entered into enterprise GIS.

-QA/QC GIS data that is created from cataloging information before the data's loaded into Enterprise GIS.

-Created a GIS database of county bridges that is to be used with the Crawford County Emergency Services Department and Maintenance Department.

The project was done for an Advanced GIS course at Allegheny College. Independent Project involved a suitability analysis which brought in various layers of data that were gathered from different sources.
