I had the opportunity to work with David on: • Implementation of a new outsourced 3rd party Operational Support System, (OSS). • Sun setting of 3 diverse legacy systems. • Creation and roll out 4 completely new bundled products. All of these activities were done simultaneously in an extremely short timeframe without additional budget or resources. David was integral to the team’s success he performed the dual roles of project manager and product manager. His has a passion for collaborative product development and service delivery. He takes product development personally doing whatever is necessary to create and deliver a product to market and monitoring its ongoing performance. As a project manager David applied his knowledge of telecommunications and technology and drove the project through every organization within the corporation. He took a lead role in system development documenting all business processes including iterative sessions between our IT staff and the 3rd party platform IT staff. He is extremely adaptive and can turn on a dime to address any obstacle or new information whether at the product or project level.
