Following a company restructure this client was looking for a fresh set of eyes to review the brand. Working together with the company owner and website builders, I rebranded the company. Over the past year or so, I've been working with a number of Non profit Organisations to bring new and creative ideas in partnership with STAAM, an organisation dedicated to actively bringing new donations to multiple charities.

My work here includes branding, graphic design, general administration, fundraising ideas, project management, website content, social media management. The list goes on (as does the work...)

I started at 360Coms as an apprentice and left as the person with sole responsibility for new business and marketing. I was also involved with training staff and leading the customer service team.

360Coms taught me that my professional qualities are applicable to many industries and roles and nurtured my hunger to hone in on my emerging skills.

Marketing and Admin Assistant to FestivalFlags.ie
FestivalFlags.ie are a decor company supplying UK and European Festivals. Working alongside their website builders, I completely re-branded the company. This included re-organising and structuring the company processes, including the order process, to achieve a smoother service for the customer and implementing new Customer Relationship Management programs for better order management.

After 2 years of support FestivlFlags.ie became self-sufficient and able to be run from the road and with minimal computer access, and I was able to step back.
